  Despite some initial issues with ebay now allowing the item to be shipped to my country, we managed to sort it out - would like to say what a pleasure it was having such a friendly and helpful seller who went above and beyond to get things sorted out- extremely well packaged, just as described and excellent value for money - very very pleased - thank you again!

  AAA+++ Seller. Item was as described, the toaster oven requires an under cabinet mount (sold separately) to execute the intended installation. This seller refunded the coast of the mounting accessory. Shipping was quick and the item was well packed. A very honorable seller. Will gladly do business again
