  Quick shipping and very well packaged. They made sure it arrived quickly and safe. The item is exactly as described. Great value for money as well. Immaculately clean, which is always a plus. They forgot to send me the power supply, but a single message to them and they immediately sent it separately. The quick response and willingness to fix things is very confidence inspiring. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

  Shipped quickly and packaged very well. The device was also in even better shape than the description mentioned. Their customer service was some of the best I've ever seen as they were quick to respond to my package missing the included power adapter. The charger was shipped overnight to me after I alerted them to the mistake. I could not ask for a better seller. A+++ I will absolutely buy from this seller again.

  Seller really went above and beyond when packing the item, it was packed very carefully with lots of bubble wrap in a well-fitting box. One of the best and most professional packing jobs I have ever seen on ebay. Shipping was fast. The item was just as described in the listing. Great value for the price paid.   Shipped fast within 4-5 days. Packaged very securely laptop just as described. Charger wasn't included but communication was excellent and they shipped out the charger at no cost. Good price too! I'll be sure to buy in future when needed.

  Arrived a day later than had expected but no problem, it was boxed exactly as it had come from Portland Leather, the smell of the leather is so strong which I like, the look is definitely genuine, quality leather. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.The price was fantastic compared to directly from P.L. Also I sent a message when I first started looking at the bag not even expecting to get a reply but they did, quite promptly, and made my decision to purchase easy.

  Seller was very easy to deal with. The product did not appear to be “sealed” as described, as it had been repackaged, and a part was broken. The seller was prompt with communicating to come up with a solution. Ultimately, I found a replacement part with Jura, and the seller agreed to refund the cost of the part. Unfortunate situation, but we got it resolved. I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
