  “James Avery Charm.” Charm arrived in nice shape, however no bale was sent. Reached out to buyer and waited 16 days on bale that was never received. A charm the size of a quarter was FREELY placed in huge 10”x13” Sloppy Shipping bag. Item was a good value and as described. Customer Service wasn’t good

  The item looks like it is in the one photo. Though the box is damaged (rips and bends on the sides) and had been visibly opened, so the description stating it as new is inaccurate. It did arrive fine in the brown packaging box. Thank you

  The shipping cost was reasonable. The packaging was fine, The packaging was damaged by the shipper, but the train set was not damaged. The train se was new as described. The train set was a good value. Good job!!!
