  I paid $52 for the trim piece ordered. It was bent into a box it didn't fit into. It was broken at the bend and completely unusable. I contacted the seller and I was offered a $10 refund. I don't think this is acceptable.

  After I purchased, the seller tried to get me to pay extra for an ‘upgraded’ version but it wasn’t the product I wanted. But then they said they would upgrade me for free.. turns out they didn’t even have the product in stock. I got a refund promptly but why have a product listed when it’s not even available?
