  Item arrived without one of the accessories which the seller forwarded on however I later realised appliance does not have a UK plug so I have been asked to use an adapter . The listing could have been more accurate but the seller did do a great job of packing the item securely. Don’t know if it works yet but believe the seller was well intended as did offer to refund the whole value.

  I am thrilled with my order which was delivered today- 48 hours tracked postage. Item was brilliantly packed, parcel tape clearly stated that the item was fragile. Item as described but actually exceeded my expectations- I love it! Would definitely recommend this seller
