Within 1/2 hour i requested a cancellation and 3 days later the Seller shipped the item and then said it was to late to cancel. I would not buy from this seller again. Other than that the item was received as described.

Very nice in quality and appearance and functionality. Item was received via fast shipping, packaged well and was very timely. I was so confused so I went to the post office and they explained that this company uses 3rd party to send and they steal the money given and put fraudulent postage on package. I am very upset about this...I feel I am owed back the $7.50 in addition to already payed for item!!! Please be careful if you are considering purchasing from this company..YOU may end up paying the shipping!

I contacted the seller who informed me they did not have a replacement in stock and offered a full refund if I returned the item or would offer me a partial refund to cover the damaged screen protector. I chose the partial refund and the seller has credited me a reasonable partial credit. I am pleased with the great customer service I received and recommend this seller.
