One of the tabs on one bracket had broken off but thankfully not needed as the strap that should have attached would not wrap through the frame. Some scratches on the black metal components. Design allows pressure to hold brackets securely in place. Other than that happy with the purchase. Installed easily in about 10 minutes and with some tweaking holds two scoped rifles securely to the roof in the cab of the ATV.
