Purchased the computer case more than 30 days ago and still have not received it. It is a Deepcool CH260 and the seller said they've "sold a lot of them to the US" before I made the purchase. Last update from the postal service was from 25 days ago and said it went into US Customs. The seller is unable to provide any more updates, said they would give me a refund, but (still) never did. As advised earlier, your parcel is still with US Customs, and unfortunately we have no control over customs clearance times once it leaves Australia. Tracking has not updated because the item is still in US Customs’ possession. We had offered a refund if parcel is returned to us, but once it is in US Customs, we are unable to recall or expedite it. We regret that there’s not much more we can do at this stage, but we will continue to monitor the tracking.
