Was glad it had a dvd drive as well .very clean inside and out ,not sure about the norton ,didnt really want the gamer version and said trial period was over anyway so uninstalled it and used my own ,would recommend ,and good seller

The service was also 5 stars, with quick, safe delivery in a strong box. 5 stars!

The purchase experience was very efficient. We received exactly the same desktop as our old one, but refurbished, a higher spec and with Windows 11. We know Dell is a very good quality and feel that we have received excellent value for money. The new tower arrived looking clean and tidy and was easy to set up. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
