After a few messages they sent the correct-size SSD and I swapped them over, but in a big box so it wouldn't go through my letter box. FedEx left it with my neighbour. Includes Winodows 11 pre-installed and activated. So it's been administratively-frustrating but I am happy with the computer.

I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller
