I took it apart, and it does have a heat sink, but almost no air circulation. I modded it by cutting out some holes at the bottom where the three fake charger connectors are (they're brass stickers). I also noticed the power wire is way too thin for 12V. I wouldn't use this for extended TX, but it seems to hold up fine for RX, no significant build-up of heat after a full day of listening.
