The only issue I found was that the metal collar at the end of the plug where you tighten it to the radio barely tightens even 1 turn, as if it wants to strip the thread on the radio's mic jack. If this happens to you, I would suggest to just plug the mic into your radio but don't tighten up the collar.

Pic's 3 & 4 is how I shipped item back to you . You might want to speak with your packer on shipping a delicate item in a plain Priority envelope , no padding . Although item had its own foam packer within its box , the condition of the item most likely was damaged to a degree because of rough handling with shipper . I'm still leaving good feedback for you .
