Got a tracking number on July 30th. Tracking said a label had been made but the postal service has not received the package. Two days later I contact the seller who says it was mailed already. Postal service did not get the package until Aug 8 according to the tracking info. The package arrived Aug 11 and only contained 3 of the 5 tops, with a note that 2 would be sent at the end of Aug. I doubt it.
