After contacting the seller, they sent out a replacement via Royal Mail 24 as I needed it for a Comicon. Unfortunately, even though Royal Mail said it was out for delivery in time for my the event, they didn't get delivered. Arrived the following Monday. Not the sellers fault & they had no issues sending out a replacement when requested.
