I was missing some pins that I ordered however so I contacted the seller right away. They immediately resolved the issue, sent the pins that were missing from my order and refunded me for the one pin and shipping of a pin they no longer had in stock. Mistakes happen, I just really appreciate the seller fixing the issue! Would definitely recommend!

New is important for me so this was essential in my search. The item arrived in the exact condition that was pictured. It has a very soft feel to it and arrived with tags in tact. The seller was very communicative about when the item was being prepared for shipping and when it was actually shipped. Very happy with this purchase. I would purchase from this seller again if another item of interest was found. Highly recommend.
