I contacted the seller and he was very nice and apparently there was a small mistake and he sent me a new package. He said it would arrive within 55 days at most (it hasn't yet) and if it doesn't arrive he would give me a full refund. We are human beings and mistakes sometimes happen but I am satisfied with the way the seller dealt with the problem and his kindness and for that he deserves 5 stars from me.

The scam seems to be that they send you a complication product, mine required that four screw be used to hold it together. There were no screws in the box and no possible way any inspection or quality control effort could have missed it. When you contact them with photos of the product exactly came out of packaging they tell you they can only refund you $10.00 and you can keep the absolutely useless product!
