Brought my own upgraded phone unlocked GSMA AT&T compatible, called customer service who provided an account number required to complete activation on RedPockets activation page. Customer representative was friendly and helpful remained on the call until activation was confirmed! Happy return repeat RedPocket customer, pleased with great service at a great price! Thank you!

Great service at an excellent price, although I wish they brought back the 1000 minute, 1000 text, 1GB data plan they used to have on eBay. I really don't need the unlimited, as it's overkill and costs almost double. I also rather not sign up for a plan with a stored credit card from their site to auto-renew a yearly plan.
