Mi spiegano che non funziona, chiedo quindi poco dopo il pagamento di voler annullare. Perfetto, viene confermato l'annullamento e che non verrà spedito,invece poche ore dopo il telefono viene prelevato dal corriere e spedito lo stesso. Lo rifiuto alla consegna come da indicazioni e per il rimborso mi fanno aspettare ancora che ricevano indietro il telefono mai preso in mano!

Alors quand j’ai acheté le téléphone, il est marqué sur eBay qu’il restait un autre en stock. Ils vérifient leur stock, pour contacter le client pour leur dire qui vont annuler la transaction. 7 jours perdu alors que j’ai besoin d’un téléphone d’urgence. J’ai déjà commandé une coque pour mon téléphone, c’est eux qui vont rembourser le retour.
