A closer look at the Morse key revealed somewhat misaligned front contact pins, the pull-spring hole in the base somewhat uneven from the tension screws feed-point in the arm, and the more obvious creamy-mix-colored knob. While the mfg QC COULD be held in question, once adjusted for pull and contact, etc., and with little effort it all PERFORMS FLAWLESSLY! I haven't enjoyed "pull-spring" tension like this since my Kent KT-1 key!

What an idea, the spring pulls down instead of pushing up as on the J-38 and other straight keys. Thank you for a fine instrument.
