APMEX sold me 3 MS-70 coins in a row w/issues in last 2 months, This is 1 of 3 coins purchased & NOT what a MS-70 looks like. This coin has damage to tip of 1 ray + fine black striation along a section of the rim. The 2nd MS-70 coin had linear gash + a pit/hole both on Liberty’s bust. The 3rd coin w/spots & what looked like a pubic hair sent back to seller. Weeks later CC Bank had to get involved when seller & eBay did not follow through with refund.

Unfortunately the listing had stated original government packaging and the item came without the outer sleeve. Seller offered a partial discount to be used in their store, or full refund if returned. I collect items with all packaging when possible so returned this item to them. I received my full payment with no problem once they received the item back. Too bad it didn't work out,I would still buy from them. THANKS
