Customer service quickly went into action to get a replacement sent to me. I received 2 or 3 emails from them letting me know when it was shipping and where it was. I have purchased from Detroit Axle multiple times in the past because they have quality parts at great prices and now I know from experience that they have superior customer service as well. Everything is always in great condition at a wonderful price compared to parts stores and the packaging and product always looks great! They have great customer support and answered all my questions.
