Honestly, I do not want to be on the phone for two hours with them so I was refunded my money. I bought a 60 minute card from Walmart. I went on their website and then I had no problem doing that. I Checked for Ebay message-- Bell at Top Right of site-- Yep, Hi-Tech had a 6 day old message requesting my Cell # so that they could UpDate my account with my purchase. By Noon TrakFone was good for another year. Professional Customer Service in the Message Chat. And I'll See Hi-Tech next Year.
