If the seller wanted to rule out sales to US Virgin Islanders, he should have indicated such in his ad for the product, as many merchants do. Seller is at fault for not doing his due diligence. We don't set the rates or rules for shipping companies. We regularly make sales to your area but the specific item you ordered had different parameters set on it by the shipping company, not us.

The buyer received EXACTLY what they ordered but has continued to send threatening & harassing messages to our employees. We offered to refund his money in full but so far, the buyer has refused to return the product to us. We have done all we can do to make them happy and they are now banned from ordering from any of our companies.
