Even with a relatively low value item the seller went above and beyond, despite issues arising with the courier (fully outside of their control). The seller persisted with the courier to recover the parcel and ensure it was delivered safely. The item itself was better than described, packed with great care and dispatched quickly. Can’t fault the seller at all, absolutely superb!
