SHIPPING POLICY
All items are sent out within 1 working day, in case of the purchase made on weekend it will be sent out following Monday.
The default shipping method is Royal Mail 1st Class for items under £20 and 1st Class Signed For for items over £20. You have an options to upgrade to RM Special Delivery Guaranteed 1PM at a fee. For International orders Customer are responsible for payment of all inbound Taxes a Duties, should they be applicable for their country.
- We will not be held responsible for delays on deliveries through any type of variable.
- We will not be held responsible for missing deliveries if the incorrect address is
supplied by the customer and we have posted to this supplied address.
- We cannot amend delivery address’s once payment has been received.
UK Customers.
You must inform us in writing within 30 days from the date of despatch if you fail to receive your item. Day one being the next available working day after despatch.
UK Missing items / Items Not Arrived.
We will replace free of charge or refund the purchase price for any items that fail to arrive to the customer after 10 working days from despatch. Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions, that items will be classed/agreed and understood to be/as lost after 10 working days from posting date. We cannot and will not issue any replacements until this deadline has passed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to accepting these Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
Worldwide Customers.
You must inform us in writing within 60 days from the date of despatch if you fail to receive your item. Day one being the next available working day after despatch,
Worldwide Missing items / Items Not Arrived.
We will replace free of charge or refund the purchase price for any items that fail to arrive to the customer after 25 working days from despatch. Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions, that items will be classed/agreed and understood to be/as lost after 25 working days from posting date. We cannot and will not issue any replacements until this deadline has passed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to accepting these Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
Missed items/Missed Delivery.
If you are unable to take a delivery for any reason, i.e you are not available/present at the premises when the delivery is attempted then your package may be returned to the delivery courier/postal service's sorting office/depot. You may be required to re-arrange collection of your package at your own convenience/arrangement. We will not be responsible for any missed deliveries at any premises. If your package is returned to us, due to you, the customer failing to collect/re-arrange a new delivery date/schedule with the courier/postal service then we reserve the right to conduct one of the following;
i) If you agree to us re-sending your item once it arrives back to us, then we reserve the right to issue you the customer with a 'reasonable' return postage/carriage charge to cover our cost of re-sending the item, packaging fees and administration fee. We will inform you in writing about this and request your consent to issue/charge you this charge.
ii) If you request a refund, then we have the right to deduct a re-stocking fee on postage/carriage free purchases, from the original purchase price of the sale, to cover our initial outgoing postage/carriage/courier charges. We will inform you/notify you of this cost to us, in writing to you, before processing the refund to your original payment method.
iii) If you have paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery or an additional Courier on top of the purchase/product price, then we will deduct this amount in full (cost paid by the customer) from the original sale amount. We will inform you/notify you in writing before processing the refund. We will refund you in full for the item value purchase you paid on this website, at the time of purchase or what is on your invoice.
