I was surprised by the quality and expediency of this purchasing experience. The best part was that I was able to load up my son with a few more gifts this Christmas. Granted: this is not acceptable tech for gaming - we have other PCs for that. This is perfect for web browsing and YouTube. I will definitely return to the seller in the future for a budget Chromebook!!

A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again.
