Comes with some months of Apple Care left, but not a full year as if bought by Apple, but you get 1-year Allstate on top. Blood Oxygen sensor app not working due to the legal issue Apple has. Top seller! Would/will buy again. Device looks and behaves like new (100% battery etc.). Coming from a series 8 the 9 feels much faster. Same wonderful graphite look. Glad I bought it.

It arrived in flawless condition, roughly expected time, looked great, great value. The only thing I noticed that could've potentially counted as a negative was the box was a little roughed up...but the box was SEALED with the Apple green pull tabs, 'Apple certified refurbished' sticker on the box, and an OEM extra Apple Sport Band I wasn't expecting based on the description so I am happy.
