    AVOID! They decided to cancel my order after 5 days of no action or replies to my messages and had no good reason. As a result, I missed the enddate for my TracFone plan and lost all of the mins, etc I had built up.

    I sell a lot on eBay too and if I have a sale that I need to complete and am waiting for info from a customer, I do not just rely on eBay notification emails! I would be actively checking my Ebay Inbox so that I dont get penalized by shipping something late. No excuse!
