I haven't put them through rigorous testing to see how far they will work. There are some features like vox that I haven't used that I don't need but I like that they have. They didn't come with a wall charger, only the USB to type C split for two radios. But that's not a problem really because USB to wall chargers come with basically most phones.

Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments. Retevis is an established company, with offices in the USA. All the Retevis items I've purchased have been well-built and good quality. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My order of this particular item had a problem in shipping. I contacted Retevis,; they responded promptly and resolved the problem.
