Luckily the kettle survived as the box looked like it had been thrown around the sorting office with rounded corners and edges resembling a ball.

Great value for money for such a high quality item. Looks great in the room we wanted it for. The communication was superb from a very helpful seller.

Only downside was corrugated cardboard wrapped around the box the skeletons were in but the ends left open and sellotaped across. Got sellotape off one end of the box, but to remove the other side, it was pulling the description label off the box. As this was a gift I had to leave the sellotape on. Love the item though.
