Item shipped quickly, and arrived much faster than expected, well packaged, and brand new, as described. Although shipping costs seem high, it was a large item, and arrived by FedEx in 7 working days from Poland. With their great pricing, it still worked out cheaper than ordering from the UK, as it’s not widely available. Great service, A***** !

Sadly stung by import tax but that's to be expected. Fast delivery, good price (pre VAT) and well packaged. Seller responded quickly to question, in English (very much appreciated!). Reliable eBayer. Thanks! The stove itself is excellent, powerful and stylish.

Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.
