It looks like there's two portions in the middle and I thought the inner most one would spin as well but it doesn't. I do like the color though. Unfortunately, in regards to the "feel" and size, there isn't much I can do, the 2.5" is pocket sized but it is the largest version we offer. However - the inner core should be spinning! I test each spinner before it ships out, but it looks like I missed testing the core of that one. If you see this, hold the core tightly and spin hard, it should pop loose! And, if you would like a free replacement or refund, please reach out and I will make it right.
