Although it was described as used, it was in perfect condition. Morphy Richards no longer sell the part, so I was pleased to find this one. The reason for the repair was that the main bearing had worn out. The tricky part of the repair is getting into the machine in the first place - you need to undo the screws on the underside and then all the ones inside the baking cavity.
