USPS held up phone from moving thru the transit stage. It held up until 01/27/2024. Received a message that it moved to the next facility. I just received this phone on today 01/29/2024. The phone is in excellent condition, looks great. The company still earns a 5 star review, though it's no fault of theirs once the phone was deliverd to post office. I will definitely order from them again.

I sent the first phone back for a full refund, and the second phone they sent me was exactly what I needed. I'm very grateful for their help through this process.
