    The pendulum extension I ordered arrived in brand new condition. It's high quality and looks great. It slides onto my 1954 VIbroplex Blue Racer pendulum perfectly and slows it down to a reasonable speed. It's a good value and one of the only simple, non-destructive options for slowing down a bug that can be installed one handed.
