The programming via computer is a real headache for these Ailunce HD2's, but not the seller's fault at all. Otherwise a decent, well-built radio that is close to commercial quality, and has a lot of power for a held held radio. Hits the repeater 20 miles away on both HAM and GMRS. Just the Ailunce programming software could use significant improvements.

Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments.
