Be advised: This model is not compatible with GMRS frequencies -except- to receive (HA1G is the model for GMRS). Product description is accurate; I overlooked that portion where it is unable to TX on those bands for emergency use. I wish additional batteries were available for purchase, but I was unable to find any on their website, nor their eBay page at the time of this review. USB-C charging worked well.

Retevis is an established company, with offices in the USA. All the Retevis items I've purchased have been well-built and good quality. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My order of this particular item had a problem in shipping. I contacted Retevis,; they responded promptly and resolved the problem.
