I at first thought it was my screen protector so I changed it to a plexiglass, but it still wasn't working well. Take off screen protector, STILL doesn't work. I changed it to another nib? Works great. Im glad it came with 2 extra but jeez I would expect the first to work. The pen works great now and I love that its on brand and that there was a tool and extra nibs. I just give it 3 stars due to wasting 2 screen protectors.
