When you undue the clasp so you can get the strap on your wrist with one hand you have to try to get the band all right again. It’s horrible. I reached out to the seller for instructions on the watch thinking surely it wasn’t designed this way and it was. The seller replied back with a photo that said to undue the clasp. I have bought other bands for $5 made better than this one.
