Had problem with first order didn't arrive, sent seller a message saying first order didn't arrive so they sent out a replacement pack with no issues. Received replacement pack. Exactly what I was after. Product went missing in the post, and the seller contacted me when they realised I hadn't received the item proactively. They sent out a replacement and I received it in a few days. Cannot recommend this seller/item more.
