They claimed they didn’t know it was fake but asked me not to leave a bad review, then kept the listing up. I dispute this and can claim this is a genuine product as shown with all my other reviews customers have left! This buyer claims it is fake and out of benefit of the doubt and goodwill I allowed her to keep the item and also gave a refund but she decided to leave bad feedback. I had to cancel an order due to damage recently and they said you can’t cancel all Orders and when I find you I will leave bad feedback! Disgusting
