Seagate does not provide 5 year warranty for them, but the seller does offer 5 years warranty after communicating with them, with a replacement offer as well as a certain about of bad sector damage qualifying for an RMA, which they would replace with an identical model.As cuch, that makes it a good value offering for these drives.
