The package/box of the item was all soggy and warped and the item itself had a wet-like goo on it and from the cap. Not sure how it could happen or why. The bottle seems a little less full now but still some product inside. I tried taking pictures that would help show the soggy, warped box etc. Other than that fact, the item is new & as described.

I had multiple tracking numbers which confused me and I never really could watch the item while it was in transit until it was almost out for delivery. Seller did communicate with me daily with my concerns. Product arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. A+++
