If it was absolutely brand new, it shouldn't not have a huge crease at the middle. However, the moment I opened it, the crease was very obvious. I am fine with it. I think all the external components were changed and the phone repackaged as new.

Tap here for contact details". I had to make arrangements to unlock it by myself
