Due to reasons I couldn’t purchase the filter directly from enagic si I came here. My filter wasn’t working properly and i took it to the facility im my city. It turns out this filter is old!!! Only only is is it old. The seller did not communicate well to me where my package was located since it took a month to arrive. I highly recommend not buying this filter from these people.

Seller said they would look into the issue but never got back to me. Then they stopped responding to messages. I sent 3-4 messages without reply. Needed to get refund through eBay. Tracking never had any updates so not sure if item ever shipped or not.

Marked the item shipped with tracking that had no movement or update for a month. When I asked about an update I got nothing and when I asks eBay to step in they simply updated the purchase with the same inactive tracking number. Please be aware that u very possibly will not get your item.
