It’s the I Phone 13 and looks brand new! After doing all of the normal set up I can honestly say this phone works perfectly! The face scanner doesn’t work but that was clearly pointed out by the seller!! I’m MOST IMPRESSED with the customer service! I messaged a ton of sellers with ?’s & this seller was the inky one to respond in a timely manner, friendly & knowledgeable. They even Checked in on me today!
- 1***k (8)- Opinie wystawione przez kupującego.Ponad rok temuZakup potwierdzonyWell to start off, i was VERY unimpressed with the quality of the phone, it had dings and scratches ALL over it and the camera was badly scratched, and to make matters worse, i made a phone call and could barely hear the person on the other end, plus the main speaker was making a scratching sound and battery health was completely trash, called the phone store for a quote and they said around 450 dollars to fix everything, DEFINTELY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

When I reached out about it, the seller was quick to reply and work on getting it moving again. The package arrived the next day in better than described condition. Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!

While unfortunate, the seller was very responsive and professional in getting the refund labels issued and refunded just as quick.
