It’s clean and scratch or dent free… there’s no marks on it. The battery condition is at 90%. It is unlocked and I was able to switch everything over to using it. I’m only having a hard time getting blue tooth devices to connect but that’s probably a user error not a phone problem. Pretty satisfied for now. Hopefully no issues will arise!

It was not reset and it has phone case from the previous owner in it. It was supposed to be on excellent condition but there was nothing excellent in this phone. Poor value for the money

Phone was very clean and good to use straight out of the box. This is excellent quality for a used phone and well worth the prices. I will be purchasing from this seller/store again when the need arises for another phone.

When I reached out about it, the seller was quick to reply and work on getting it moving again. The package arrived the next day in better than described condition. Great experience with the seller, not so much with FedEx. Would purchase again.

Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!

While unfortunate, the seller was very responsive and professional in getting the refund labels issued and refunded just as quick. While this particular transaction wasn't a satisfactory one, the seller was great in rectifying the issues I had. Hopefull,y we'll do business again without any unanticipated outcomes.
