This fix worked like a charm and was simple to install given the detailed YouTube video the seller (Buttonworx / P1 Repair) had for this model. Great design and value. Highly recommend. Purchased two kits in case another of the four handsets for my KX-TG1064A wireless phone system develops a similar problem with its keypad.

They were unable to fix it because it was beyond repair inside and they refunded my money. They recommended another remote from another seller that might work. Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.
