I have a Flex 8600 and wanted to play a bit on 2m again and this was the ticket. Easy to install, no issues at all. The hardest thing was getting it configured in the Flex SDR software, but that is kinda normal….the Flex software in not intuitive. Unit puts out a solid 12+ watts and to my surprise I was able to hit a VHF repeater 60 miles from my house ( as well as all of my local repeaters). 100% recommend!!

I use YAESU FT-710 transceiver. Be aware it is shipped from USA, if you are not in USA, and that you will be hit with tariffs and handling fees. I am in Canada, and I was asked 60 CAD more in order to get the package by the mailman.
