The condition are basically new, save for a little scuff of paint coming off the right bud. They are definitely worth the money even if you have an iphone but can't afford even refurbished airpods. Of course I can't access the special settings but the noise cancellation and voice control for Siri work great still. They last over 5 hours in each bud. No small plastic in-ear piece tho. My ears hurt a little after wearing all day at work.
